Voom Creative exists to help CEOs and executive leadership teams gain clarity, build momentum, and steward growth wisely.
We are a strategy-first branding and marketing consultancy serving leaders who are faith-led and purpose-driven. Our role is not to generate more activity. Our role is to help leaders see clearly, decide wisely, and align brand, messaging, and marketing systems to what truly matters.
When clarity is missing, teams work harder but results stay unclear. We step in to restore alignment so effort connects to outcomes.

    We strive to reflect God’s character through integrity, diligence, and care in every interaction. Our goal is to deliver work that honors both our clients and our Creator.

    Faith is integrated naturally into our work through principles of wisdom, clarity, and service. It is never performative and never forced.

      Voom Creative is led by Founder and CEO Melissa McGath and supported by a senior team and trusted, values-aligned partners.

      Our model is intentionally structured so clients engage directly with experienced strategists who understand leadership responsibility, complexity, and scale. We build the right team around each engagement, bringing the depth and expertise required without unnecessary layers.

      This approach ensures focus, accountability, and continuity while maintaining the flexibility needed to serve growing organizations well.

        Why the Name Voom Creative

        When we first launched, we wanted a name that reflected the energy and momentum of creative work. The marketing industry is fast-paced and ever-evolving, and the phrase va-va-voom captured that sense of movement and excitement. 

        As Voom Creative matured into an explicitly Christian, purpose-led agency, we revisited the question of our name. After thoughtful consideration, we chose to keep it, giving it deeper meaning and intention.

        Today, VOOM stands for Vessels Of Our Master.

        This identity is inspired by 2 Timothy 2:21:

        He shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the Master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.

        We see ourselves as vessels used by God to serve leaders with clarity, integrity, and skill. In the same way, we seek to be vessels for our clients, carrying their mission with care and helping move their work forward with purpose and impact.
